Congress Bats

After the Safari trip, we headed to one of my VERY favorite places... Shady Grove!

The highlight for everyone else at the table was in a bird pooped on my arm!
Good thing I had already eaten!

After our meal, we all parked and went walking on Congress bridge.
Here is a pic of the sky-line.

We walked down a hill and overlooked Congress bridge.

Then, the bats came out!
See the "wave" of black - those are bats!
It really was impressive - they just kept going & going!

Davie watched in amazement!
