Fall Fest

We got together with some friends, the McClains, who we don't get to see very often anymore... it was such a FUN day! We could have stayed SO much longer.

The FIRST thing we see when we get there, is the ZIP LINE!

Of course, Lexi is ALL over that...

and, of course, I am not :)

As we are waiting for Lexi to take her turn to climb to the top, I look up and the clouds are moving, but it is giving me the illusion that the wooden structure is swaying back and forth.

GREAT - now I am nauseous!!

I had to take a picture of the whole structure, just so we can ALL know how HUGE this thing is... see those ants at the bottom...

NOT ants, they are actually people!

Eeeekkkk!!

Lexi crawls to the top - no problem - and YES, even in her fashionable boots!

She would have it no other way :)

He spent most of his time going from bouncy house to bouncy house!

Such a FUN day!!

It will DEFINITELY be on our list to do next year :)

Family Fall Fest

Our school had their first annual Family Fall Fest and it was a HUGE success!

It is SO wonderful having the school SO close

and one that is SO community involved :)

Sweetberry Farms

We all went to Sweetberry Farms. It was SOOOOO much fun!!

Of COURSE, there was Face Painting involved:

We did a Texas Shaped Corn Maze!!

You are given a card with 12 Small Texas Towns on it, shown a map of Texas and where the towns are located and set loose. Each time you find a town,

there is a special hole punch for that particular town.

It was SUPER fun, but it WAS hot AND allergies were ATTACKING,

so after 7 towns, we called it quits...

But, it was still LOTS of fun!
