Keese's Take on the Capitol!

 One day, when we didn't have much to do, we decided to take the kiddos to the Capitol.  It was a SUPER fun trip (which actually DID surprise me).

Yes, there were other people there.  The kids' instructions: "I am going to climb up these stairs and look over.  When the coast is clear, run out and lay on the floor."  ha ha ha...

All Stars was VERY long... during this HOT summer!

BUT... Cooper impressed me each and every week as he grew in his skills.

He had such a blast and his love for baseball grew even bigger!!

Lexi goes to Summer Camp

 Lexi went off this summer to church camp.  

It was really hard for me (she was gone for an entire week!), 

but she LOVED it and really grew in her relationship with Jesus.

I surprised her with this pillowcase and some markers.  She got her friends and counselors to sign it.
