Lexi had a GREAT 3rd grade year. We were at a new school - just for one year - until our new one got built. There were LOTS of changes!! First year of TAKS, new school, new friends...

Lexi's Field Day

Lexi's school has Field Day towards the end of the year.

As always, it was LOTS of fun, but got cut short because a gnarley storm blew in.

But - we had LOTS of fun until then:

Not Field Day related,... but here is a cactus taht Lexi had to make for a class project.
They made a desert landscape... she picked the BIGGEST thing out there.
But, she did 99% of the work and it turned out SO cute!

Awanas Graduation

The kids attended Awanas all year long. It is such a GREAT program where they learn Bible verses and about missionaries. The kids LOVE it.

Cooper has had the same teachers for 3 years... it is very bitter sweet.

Cecil the Cyst

Lexi had a cyst on her arm that was giving her trouble. It was growing and changing colors.

So - "Cecil the Cyst" had to come OUT!

your prayers, phone calls, cards, gifts, and LOVE was SO overwhelming!!

Food Fun in May!

RRBL Night at the Dell Diamond

RRBL had a night at the Dell Diamond where all the kids got to go and walk the fields in a parade. Of course - we had such a GREAT time!!

In May, we got to attend some FUN birthday parties and celebrate some very special kiddos :)

It was a tour of HEB... the kids LOVED it!

The funniest part that I found, was that Cooper took the "Buddy System" *VERY* serious!

Of course, his buddy was a precious and sweet girl, Kate.

Random-ness in April

I do NOT have a green thumb at all - but I *DO* try!!

So,... when this decided to bloom after years of not, I HAD to take a picture!

We spread dirt in the yard...

The kids were filthy and SO stinky!

That "Dillo Dirt" took me back to last years ACL Fest. ha ha ha...

The kids are trying to pose and act like they are SOOOO over-worked.
